The Chico Mendes Sustainability Forum is an opportunity for interaction and discussion between managers, academics and specialists in the social and environmental area. The event brings discussions and shows successful cases of companies that practice sustainability in their daily business.

Gustavo Fructuozo
Master in Sustainability and Corporate Governance from Isae/FGV, specialist in Administration and International Business from Uninter and graduated in Advertising from the Federal University of Paraná.

Andre Maciel Pelanda, Ms
Master in sustainability, university professor at International University Center (UNINTER); researcher and author of two works. Study area: birds of prey and sustainability practices. Among articles and journals he published more than 25.

Irene Hoffelder Vioti
Master's student in Strategic Business Administration from FCE/UNAM - National University of Missiones in Argentina, Specialist in International Marketing and Marketing and MBA in Business Management Team Leadership. More than 20 years as a professional in Marketing and Business Management and 18 years in consulting and training in the areas of: Sustainability, Innovation and Strategic Planning.

Rodrigo Berté - Ph.D
Academic director of International University Center (UNINTER). Ph.D in education and environmental sciences – University of Complutense of Madri and UNED - Spain. Postdoctoral student at the Faculty of Medicine of Santa Casa/SP in Neuroscience and degenerative diseases. Technical coordinator for 20 years of the green belt ecological project at Petrobras Transport and author of 17 books and more than 167 articles in scientific magazines and periodicals.

José Railton Souza de Lima
President of the Railton Faz Environmental Center, José Railton is an inventor and mechanical engineer, with 25 registered patents and technologies spread around the world. In 2015 was awarded the Order of Merit of the Peacekeeping Forces of Brazil, the highest deference by Brazilian Association of International Peacekeeping Forces of UNO. In 2014, in the European Union, received the 2nd Technological Innovation Award with the Electricity Generator invention. In 2013, received the European Biomass Processing Renewable Energy Award and also in 2013 the Biomass Innovation and Technology Award BR 2013 in São Paulo.

Heitor Righeto Takaki
Civil engineer, master in concrete structure, MBA in project management from FGV, Executive MBA from the University of California of Irvine - USA, postgraduate in project management from Universidad Austral of Argentina and postgraduate from APG of Aman Key. More than 26 years of experience in managing large projects in Brazil and Latin America. For the past 5 years, he has been CEO of Usiminas Mechanic, the largest capital goods company in Brazil and Latin America.

Jônathas Malaguth Costa
Sanitary and Environmental Engineer, specializing in Occupational Safety Engineering and majoring in Civil Engineering. At the Navy Hydrography Base in Niterói, as First Lieutenant (RM2-EN), work in the role of Environmental Advisor, developing all actions related to Environmental Management System of the Base and providing environmental support to the Military Organizations of the Naval Complex of Ponta da Armação. As an Environmental Analyst at the Israel Pinheiro Foundation, worked on the development of “Minas Program without dumps” through the partnership term with the Environment State Foundation, from 2009 to 2014. At President Antônio Carlos Faculty, worked as a professor of Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering courses, from 2011 to 2014.

Luciano Gasparini
Graduated in Biology, with specialization in Plant Physiology, has 20 years of dedication to agricultural segment in the areas of research and product development in countries of Latin America, Europe and Asia. He currently works as CEO of Aqua of Brasil, offering agricultural products and solutions with low environmental impact for global agriculture.

Filipe Miguel Cassapo
Innovation Manager and Director of Senai Institute of Innovation in Electrochemistry from the Federation System of Industries of Parana State. He is President of Innovation, Technology and Startups Committee of the United States-Brazil Chamber of Commerce, AMCHAM, in Curitiba, and was elected Director at National Association for Research and Development of Innovative Companies from 2012 to 2018. He was Director of Senai Faculty in Curitiba. He was leader of the Knowledge Management Process at National Quality Foundation. He was Manager of Knowledge Management at Votorantim Industrial, and Manager of Information Technology at Siemens, where he was responsible for Knowledge and Information Management for the Region.
